Bio

Joseph attended his first creative writing class in the summer after sixth grade in a college for kids program at Kent State University. Years later, he returned and graduated from Kent State’s honors college with a BA in English and a minor in Philosophy with an additional two years of Criminal Justice studies. For his thesis, he wrote an experimental novel titled The Point of Impact which was given the distinction of Outstanding Quality by the university.

Additionally, he started playing guitar at age eleven, and spent about ten years playing lead in the Cleveland original rock scene. He traded one stage for another and had lead roles in a dozen plays at Kent State. Currently, he is a real estate broker and owns a real estate agency in Ohio.
